We work in a dental office and would like provide our patients with DVD movies and satellite music during treatment. Which headphones work the best in cancelling out noises such as the drill sound? What specific features should we look for in a headphone? Thanks everyone in advance for your recommendations.
We are looking for headphones that are $80 or less.

You might consider in-ear earphones to work the best. You can use the ear tips and sterilize the ear tips (also called sleeves, earbuds, etc) like you sterilize your dental tools. These may work best with your patients. Also in-ear earphones have a ranging size of ear tips that can fit children as well as adults.
