How I can re-create the lighting of a photo like this?

You have good suggestions, here are some other ideas. First, If you are planning a black and white what lighting options open and not have to worry about color balance. Second, you can often figure out what the photographer uses lights watching the shadows, where light falls, and looking at the model Catchlight eyes. Shadow on the face model – Camera left – you can see lights from the left. Searching the shadow under the nose, light is the camera left and a little high. This is confirmed by the Catchlight – showing a light on the left (sometimes you can Catchlight be hidden by the hair as well).
